The Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma - Oklahoma City

The location is proper off interstate. However the

Transits could have been better in the area. It was quiet at night, and it had restaurants nearby-and shopping outlet within 5 miles. The room was decent but didn't live up to expectations given the price I paid.

Beautiful building, marvellous location so close to airport and the event center and different restaurants. King room with breakfast.

The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to be helpful. The services such as bars and restaurants at the hotel were great values and added great ambiance to the hotel.

My room was near a noisy hallway, and it was a bit difficult to get sleep.

The room was spacious and cleanliness was great, which surprised me given my previous experience in oklahoma city. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere offered a much-needed relaxation after a long day.

Wi-fi didn't work .

We hit up the Bombay Club for those famous peel-and-eat shrimp and danced the night away at Chisholm's Club. The indoor pool was a hit too! Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The Jacuzzi was out of service, a bummer since we were looking forward to it.

Service was very good. Excellent staff. Food in restaurant was great. Only complaint was the outside was dirty. Food was in the parking lot, and trash. Rugs seemed to be a little soiled as well. Felt greasy on the feet.

We got a room with a tub.

The space in our Double Room with Two Double Beds was perfect for our family, great to spread out comfortably. The location was super convenient, with great dining and shopping options nearby. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.

We did have some issues with the wi-fi, which could be improved.

The hotel was fairly clean, everything was great. We have spent 1 day in king room with a fridge, a phone. The staff was outstanding & helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory with lots of options.

The hotel was clean and just a nice cheap place to get away from the house.

Earl's Rib Palace is awesome for some bangin' BBQ nearby! Plus, the location's a winner-peaceful at night and super easy to get around. Shout out to the nearby Ihop for those late-night pancake cravings!

The curtains were filthy, and with water leaking in the lobby, the vibe was off. We ended up with only two washcloths and three towels for four people, a bit of a letdown.

I had a fantastic stay, the cleanliness was great and the ambiance was unique. the dining experience fell short, lacking variety. I might consider another option next time.

Very convienent and a good price.

We've been at the Biltmore several times, over the years, things are starting to show age. I think there needs to be a little more attention to upkeep.

The hotel offered restaurants and clubs located right there. My husband and I enjoyed the convenience.

It took a very long time to check in. One person worked the front desk and there was a very long line of people waiting to check in. It took over an hour of standing in line to check in.

Easy to access, convenient location

I did not receive a bill when I left and when I got home I checked my card and found the charge was much more than I expected. I was told there was a 20% charge added when I checked in that is suppose to be deleted upon checkout. This was not done!
